Treasurer: Linda Carlisle

Linda is a retired Aerospace Manager having moved to North Carolina from Venice Beach, California.  Linda is a quilter.  Since Linda started quilting she has won 4 ribbons at the NC State Fair- one 1st, one 2nd, and two 4th place.  Linda have been in a quilting bee in Henderson for about 10 years and enjoys the bonds of friendship that she has formed with the wonderful women in that group.


Board Members:   Dr. LaSaundra Booth

Dr. Booth is the founder and executive director of the Wake Forest Community Youth Orchestra.  Dr. Booth has performed with the Greensboro Philharmonic, Duke Symphony Orchestra, Durham Symphony, Raleigh Symphony, and completed a two week mini-tour in Sydney, Australia.  Dr. Booth has a B.A. in Performance with a concentration in Cello, a Master's Degree in Music Education with a concentration in String Pedagogy from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a Doctor of Education with a concentration in Educational Leadership. Dr. Booth is a licensed Music Educator, and has been teaching for sixteen years.  She currently teaches orchestra in North Carolina.  

Dr. Booth is the Founder of Integrity Strings, a registered music booking agency.


Board Members: Pamela Andrejev

Pamela Andrejev is an award winning photographer and gallerist with parallel careers in business and arts administration, she has been an exhibiting artist since the 80’s, prior to dedicating herself to photography, originally focused on mixed media artworks celebrating her Oklahoma Cherokee heritage. Since moving to NC in 1993, she has been photographing the southern environs and taking prizes for her photography. 

Pamela is also a licensed real-estate broker with 20+ years representing historic and new properties.  She is also a board member of Franklin County Community Foundation.

Executive Coordinator:  Ellen Queen

Ellen Queen retired from AT&T and is the owner of Ellen Queen Photography. She attended Rocky Mountain School of Photography in Missoula Montana before becoming a professional photographer. Ellen specializes in “Fine Art Portraiture” creating photographic heirlooms of life events.

After retiring from AT&T Ellen returned to Franklin County and became active in the Franklin County Arts Council where she served as a member of the Board and Board Chairperson before accepting the position of Executive Coordinator in June 2018.
