Franklin County Arts Council Gallery on Nash Closed July 29th

Franklin County Arts Council wishes to thank everyone for your support and encouragement over the years. The Franklin County Arts Council Gallery on Nash officially closed July 29th. The Arts Council will proceed winding down operations through the first quarter 2024.
We will be open by appointment only the month of August for artists to pick up their art and sell the Gallery fixtures. To contact Franklin County Arts Council for an appointment, email fcac.arts@fcacarts.org or text 919-815-1614.
What is NOT changing .....
The Quilt Trails of the Tar & Roanoke Rivers and The Tar River Writers Guild will continue operations as normal, only without a physical location. The Annual Quilt Show is October 14 & 15 at Historic Person Place. We are accepting Quilt Show submissions through September 23rd. Plum Lily raffle tickets are on sale online (website), at Bunn Fun Day, and at the Quilt Show to support Quilt Trails of the Tar & Roanoke Rivers. Tar River Writers Guild’s new website is www.tarriverwritersguild.org. Go online and sign up for their newsletter to stay up to date on happenings. The Writer’s Guild is accepting submissions for the 2024 County Lines: A Literary Journal through August 15 – submission guidelines and instructions remain the same.
